Join The Roots Initiative for an evening of elegance, inspiration, and community as we host our 3rd Annual Black Excellence Ball. This signature gala is more than just a celebration, it is a powerful investment in the next generation of Black leaders, creators, and innovators.
Why We Gather
At TRI, we believe that leadership without wellness leads to burnout, but leadership rooted in identity and healing leads to liberation. Proceeds from this evening directly fund our Leadership Ladder programs, including the Summer Liberation Lab and the AL3 Fellowship, providing Chicago’s youth with the tools they need to navigate their world with power and purpose.
