• Conduct: We maintain a respectful and safe environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants from programs for behavior that violates our community standards.

• Donations: All donations made to The Roots Initiative are voluntary. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your contribution.

• Refunds: Generally, donations and ticket purchases for events like the Black Excellence Ball are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.

• Security: Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. We do not store your full financial credentials.
